1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel without giving a reason.

2. Extended Returns

We offer an additional 30-day change-of-mind window for items returned in original condition with all original packaging.

3. How to Return

Email support@casafurnitureltd.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will send instructions and a returns reference.

4. Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Perishable goods

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement.

8. Return Postage

Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
