Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where We Deliver

We deliver throughout UK mainland. Surcharges or extended timeframes may apply for the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
• Large / Furniture Items: 5–10 working days; may require separate arrangement

3. Delivery Charges

• Free standard delivery on orders over £50
• Standard delivery under £50: £4.99
• Express delivery: £9.99
• Large item surcharges may apply — stated at checkout

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

5. Delivery Attempts

If no one is home, our courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery, or hold the item at a local depot for collection.

6. Damaged in Transit

Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos by emailing support@casafurnitureltd.shop.

7. Delays

We will notify you promptly if there are any delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
